Die Arbeitsgruppe Ecosystem Data Science transformiert die Bereiche Biodiversit\u00e4tsbewertung und \u00d6kosystemfunktionen mit international anerkannter Expertise in den Datenwissenschaften.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das umfasst die hochdimensionale, multidisziplin\u00e4re und komplexe Datenanalyse einschlie\u00dflich der Entwicklung bioinformatischer Werkzeuge, Datenintegration und Visualisierung und schlie\u00dft verschiedene Datentypen ein \u2013 von molekularen Daten [(meta-)omics] bis hin zu r\u00e4umlich und zeitlich aufgel\u00f6sten Beobachtungen, zum Beispiel durch Fernerkundung oder geografische Informationen. Konzepte zur Datenintegration werden in empirischer und theoretischer Forschung ermittelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
