Das PoT-Team ist Teil der Governance, Strategie und Kultur des HIFMB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das PoT-Team bietet:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eine niederschwellige und informelle Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr aktuelle und akute Anliegen f\u00fcr alle HIFMB-Mitarbeiter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beratung und Unterst\u00fctzung, um eine nachhaltige und zufriedenstellende L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das jeweilige Problem oder den Konflikt zu finden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informationen \u00fcber bestehende Anlauf- oder Unterst\u00fctzungsstellen bei AWI und UOL oder externe professionelle Hilfe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr allgemeine Anfragen kontaktiere uns unter: <strong><a
