Es macht mir Spa\u00df, Berechnungsmethoden zu entwickeln, um die Vielfalt und Dynamik von Mikroben zu erforschen. Derzeit konzentriere ich mich auf Mikroben, die im Ozean leben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projekt innerhalb der HIPP-Kohorte (Ausschreibung 2024)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich untersuche die ganzj\u00e4hrige mikrobielle Sukzession anhand von Sequenzierungsdaten, die w\u00e4hrend der MOSAiC-Expedition (Multidisciplinary drifting Obersvatory for the Study of Arctic Climate) gesammelt wurden. Der arktische Oberfl\u00e4chenozean, der von Wintern v\u00f6lliger Dunkelheit zu Sommern mit Mitternachtssonne wechselt, bietet ein nat\u00fcrliches Experiment zur mikrobiellen Anpassung.
