The Persons of Trust (PoT) team supports HIFMB in being a safe place with a healthy conflict culture. The PoT Team is part of HIFMB’s governance, strategy and culture.
The PoT team offers:
- Low-level and informal contact point for current and acute concerns for all HIFMB employees
- Advice and support for finding a sustainable and satisfactory solution for the given issue or conflict
- Information about existing contact points or support centers at AWI and UOL or for external professional help
