Research Interests
I am a computer scientist and microbial ecologist who studies microbial lifestyles through integrated multi-omics. Established at the intersection between computer science and microbiology, my group combines state-of-the-art molecular tools and computational strategies to shed light on the ecology and evolution of naturally occurring microbial populations, and to understand strategies by microbial life responds to environmental change and thrive within their ever-changing environments.
