Project within the HIPP cohort (call 2024)
My project focuses on interrogating the crustose coralline algae host-microbial symbiosis and to characterize how this relationship changes in response to changing environmental conditions. I am also interested in creating functional profiles of crustose coralline microbiomes and assessing how coral larval settlement changes when I manipulate the crustose coralline algae microbial communities.
