Research Interests
I’m interested in acclimatory and adaptive mechanisms that regulate coral growth and survival. By combining photobiology, functional genomics, and ecology I investigate how this photosynthetic symbiosis responds to their natural environment, such as light availability, and how this response modulates their energetic budget to grow and perform under warming oceans.
