Research Interests

I work at the intersection of genomics and ecology. My training is in molecular biology, focused on “omics” technology development.

As a postdoc in Marine Conservation, I study how corals adapt to environmental change. To that end, I use single-cell and single-molecule sequencing approaches to explore patterns of (epi)genetic variation. I also aim to build tools that support field-based conservation efforts.
