Research Interests

I research how people relate to and (attempt to) manage watery environments, including rivers, wetlands, coasts, and oceans. I am particulary interested in governance and knowledge practices surrounding policy initiatives, management tools, and infrastructure projects. My work develops at the intersection of human geography, feminist science and technology studies, and governance research. I am committed to inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration and have a strong interest in developing innovative and creative methodologies that foster dialogue within and beyond academia.
