Research Interests

I am interested in the diversity, phylogeny and ecology of marine metazoans (especially zooplankton). I aim at using the strengths of different techniques and integrated approaches to identify temporal and spatial occurrences of species, assemblages and communities and to integrate environmental DNA analyses into marine biodiversity and ecosystem functioning research.
