Research Interests

I am interested in using numerical models of oceans to investigate how ocean or tidal processes impact ecological connectivity (biophysical modelling) using Lagrangian particle tracking software. I am currently working on using numerical models of the Southern Ocean to investigate the connectivity of present and future marine protected areas (MPAs) for key stone marine species. The aim of this work is to support the development of future MPAs in the Southern Ocean.
