Research Interests

I am interested in how genomic variation among populations shapes their responses to environmental change and how this knowledge can inform conservation action. My previous research combined population genomics with environmental and demographic data to study local adaptation, climate vulnerability and adaptive potential.
As a postdoc in the Marine Conservation working group, I am applying these approaches to Caribbean reef-building corals to assess adaptive variation and explore conservation strategies such as assisted gene flow and selective breeding.
